Use your legal name as it appears on your ID. This is what goes on the waiver.
This information is private. Only you and team admins can see it — it never appears on the public roster.
Read each one, then check the box. Two of them also need your typed legal name.
Submitting sends your registration and signed documents to the team. You'll still need to pay your deposit to hold a spot.
